Service Agreement

Parties and scope

This agreement is between USA Research Group LLC, operating as NowSeenAI, and the business purchasing the service. It supplements our Terms of Service. The plan and any signed order form define the purchased scope. Done For You customers may enroll online without a call. The online order defines the monthly package; access, implementation scope and delivery dates are confirmed in writing during onboarding. Setup, writing and publisher placement costs are included in the Done For You monthly price.

DIY subscription

The planned DIY launch offer is $149 per month. It includes 50 saved, approved questions checked once a month before the report, a focused page-specific improvement plan, implementation instructions, repair rechecks, one article draft or substantial page update per month where supported by verified facts, progress tracking and a personalized report in the account. Repair rechecks verify the specific changed page; they do not create another full AI visibility scan. Recommendations require evidence; we do not invent findings or pad an action plan to meet a count.

When a new article or page update is not justified by the evidence, the monthly content deliverable is a review of existing coverage and a specific checklist identifying the responsible party, page, evidence to confirm and completion criterion. This is not a new article, completed implementation or guaranteed visibility improvement. A failed generation is not a completed coverage review; contact support for a delivery issue. The customer or its developer implements DIY recommendations. Support covers account and report delivery and report clarification, rather than hands-on development or unlimited consulting. Existing approved question banks are preserved; expansion requires customer review. The expanded workflow must pass launch acceptance before purchase is enabled.

Done For You

Done For You online enrollment scope: October 25, 2026 (2026-10-25-dfy-v2). The price is $1,500 USD per month, all inclusive. Setup, article writing and publisher placement fees are included; the customer pays no additional package fees. The first monthly payment is due at checkout and renews monthly until canceled. A call is optional. Onboarding starts after confirmed payment; implementation starts after required access, scope and approvals are in place.

Each month, our team delivers 150 approved prompts tracked across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Perplexity before the monthly report, 8 guaranteed external article placements, and agreed improvements to the customer's website. Tracking is team-managed and monthly; automated five-platform app integrations and daily or continuous tracking are not included or implied.

The eight articles are published on external websites, with relevant editorial links to the customer's homepage or another agreed destination. Writing and placement costs are covered by NowSeenAI. Articles and edits published on the customer's own website are separate improvements and do not count toward the eight external placements. Content must be factually verified and approved by the customer before publication. Sponsored placements are disclosed and links appropriately qualified. The placement commitment does not guarantee AI citations, search rankings, indexing, traffic, leads or sales.

During onboarding, we confirm relevant topics, target pages, publication approvals, access, implementation capacity and delivery dates. If missing facts, access, customer approvals or a publisher delay affect delivery, we notify the customer and agree the next steps and delivery schedule. Unpublished articles are not counted as completed external placements. We record the live external publication URLs in the customer's account or service report. Hosting or DNS access is requested only where necessary for the agreed work.

Billing and cancellation

DIY costs $149 USD per month and automatically renews monthly until you cancel. Your first payment is due at checkout. Cancel before your next renewal through Billing & subscription; access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid, except where required by law or agreed in your written scope.

Sign in at app.nowseenai.com/billing and choose Manage payment, invoices or cancel. Complete cancellation in Stripe's secure customer portal and check the displayed end date. If you cannot access billing, email ai@nowseenai.com for help. Deleting the app, leaving it unused or requesting account deletion does not by itself cancel a subscription.

The amount, currency, billing interval and any applicable tax are shown before you authorize payment. A free three-question preview is separate from the paid subscription and does not automatically convert into a paid plan. No paid plan begins solely because you created an account or ran a free preview.

Refunds and billing questions

Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in your written scope. We do not automatically issue partial-period refunds for cancellation or unused service. For an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, delivery problem or refund request, email ai@nowseenai.com with your account email and invoice reference; never send a password or full card number. We review the request and honor any applicable legal rights. Nothing here limits your right to dispute an unauthorized charge.

Payment and renewal access

Stripe processes subscription payments. Paid access begins only after we confirm a successful payment and the associated subscription. A checkout return page is not proof of payment. Failed or overdue payments may pause new paid work until payment is confirmed; cancelling a paid subscription retains access through its paid period. Your billing page shows the current status and available management options.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate business information and represent only websites you own or are authorized to manage. Review and confirm the question bank and business facts. Keep the same approved questions for meaningful comparisons; business edits must not silently replace a saved question bank. Review all drafted wording and facts before publication.

AI evidence and review

Results are sampled API responses at a recorded time, with links and evidence where available. Failed checks are distinguished from negative findings. A source-grounded draft remains a draft for review. No method eliminates every AI error, and no AI citation, ranking, traffic or commercial result is guaranteed. The Done For You external-placement commitment is described separately above.

Delivery and service interruptions

For the audit and DIY, after confirmed payment, complete your business details, confirm the facts and review the question bank in Your business before starting your first paid scan. Done For You customers instead receive team-managed onboarding; no self-service scan or call is required to enroll. Reports are delivered in the account when ready, with a short email overview and a link to the full report. New reports do not include a PDF. Payment does not create a report from unconfirmed questions. DIY includes one full check per billing period; repair rechecks do not consume another full monthly scan. Service capacity may queue work; contact ai@nowseenai.com if work is delayed or fails.

Monthly reports reuse the saved approved question bank and attempt a fresh article from confirmed business facts and eligible verified current website evidence. Article verification can withhold unsupported content; we do not publish DIY articles to your website automatically. Failed or incomplete work is shown truthfully. Provider or website outages may affect delivery. An agreed Done For You scope governs additional delivery commitments; this agreement does not promise a fixed completion time or uninterrupted third-party services.

Data and confidentiality

The Privacy Policy describes account data, business inputs, AI providers and service vendors. Card details are collected by the payment processor. Do not submit sensitive personal data in business questions or website content. Access to an account, scans and reports is restricted to authorized users.

Content and publication

Customers retain ownership of supplied content. Delivered reports and drafts may be used for their own business. Publication and implementation require the approvals set out in the purchased scope. Third-party intellectual property and platform rules still apply.

Future mobile applications

An iOS or Android application is not included or promised by this web subscription. If released, platform-specific terms, billing, cancellation, account deletion and privacy disclosures will be presented where applicable. A web subscription must not be represented as an App Store or Google Play purchase.

One-time audit

The one-time audit costs $149 USD for one website and one audit report. It is a single payment, does not renew, and does not create a monthly subscription. Website implementation, ongoing monitoring and repair rechecks are not included. Account report delivery follow confirmed payment and successful audit completion.

The planned audit reviews 50 approved questions and delivers page-specific findings, source evidence and prioritized repair instructions where supported. The audit is a snapshot, not a promise of ranking, placement, traffic or sales. The monthly DIY plan and Done For You services are separate purchases. One-time checkout and audit delivery must pass launch acceptance before purchase is enabled.

DIY repair rechecks

After implementing a recommended repair, use Request repair recheck on its action card or email ai@nowseenai.com. Include the report reference, affected page URL, change date and what you changed. Support reviews the specific reported repair against the current page and the original finding, and replies with the evidence and whether it is confirmed, still unresolved or could not be checked. A request, customer completion mark or visual inspection alone is not a verified repair. This is a support-assisted page recheck, not another 50-question AI scan. Verification of a repair does not guarantee improved AI visibility; compare the next monthly report separately.
