Terms of Service

NowSeenAI is owned and operated by USA Research Group LLC, 2260 Ringling Blvd, Suite 320, Sarasota, FL 34237. In these terms, "NowSeenAI," "we," "us," and "our" mean USA Research Group LLC. "You" means the person or business using our website (www.nowseenai.com) or customer app (app.nowseenai.com), together the "Services."

By using the Services or creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. You must be at least 18 years old.

The Services are offered to businesses located in the United States, with questions and answers in English.

NowSeenAI checks whether a sample of newly generated AI answers contains links to your website, and may provide improvement plans and, under a separate agreed scope, implementation help. Results reflect the specific questions sampled and the answers returned by AI providers' APIs at the time of the check. They do not reflect historical conversations or guarantee what any consumer AI app will show.

AI providers change their systems without notice. We do not guarantee that your business or website will appear, be linked, or rank in any AI answer, search engine, or other platform, or that following our recommendations will increase traffic, leads, or revenue.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, including your website and business name, and only submit websites you own or are authorized to represent.

Do not misuse the Services. This includes: submitting websites you have no right to represent; attempting to bypass usage limits or security; scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling the Services without written permission; using the Services to break any law or infringe others' rights; or interfering with the Services or other users.

Plan prices are listed on our Pricing page. Paid plans, when available, will show billing terms before you are charged. Monthly plans renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Done For You work is performed under a written scope and quote. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your written scope.

You keep ownership of your website content and the information you provide. You grant us a limited license to use it only to provide, secure, and improve the Services. You are responsible for reviewing any drafted copy or recommendations, and for confirming facts, before publishing them.

The Services, including software, reports format, text, and the NowSeenAI name and logo, belong to USA Research Group LLC. Reports delivered to you may be used for your own business purposes.

The Services rely on third-party AI providers and other vendors. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Research Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if greater.

You agree to defend and hold harmless USA Research Group LLC from claims arising from your content, your website, or your breach of these terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the Services or others.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date; continued use after that date means you accept the changes.
