What could a referral earn?
Both monthly subscriptions qualify. These examples use current undiscounted prices before tax.

For example, 10 DIY customers paying $149 each would generate $298 in commission for that paid month. These are arithmetic examples, not promised earnings. Discounts, credits, refunds, cancellations, and eligibility affect the amount. One-time audits do not earn commission.

Tracking and attribution
A 60-day first-party referral cookie connects eligible visits across our website and app. Last-click attribution applies to unpaid leads. Recorded leads do not expire simply because they pay later. Browser restrictions or cookie choices can interrupt tracking.
Review and payouts
Commissions require manual review and a minimum 30-day hold. Approved earnings are scheduled on NET-30 terms, approximately 30 days after month-end, once your balance reaches $50. Smaller balances carry forward.
A lifetime subscription relationship
There is no fixed 12-month commission limit. Earn while an attributed eligible subscription is paid. Valid existing referral entitlements remain protected if we later change rates for new referrals or close enrollment.
Responsible promotion
Use accurate product claims and a clear commission disclosure. Self-referrals, spam, and unauthorized brand bidding are prohibited. Paid advertising needs written approval. AI rankings, citations, traffic, and sales are not guaranteed.

Does a free signup earn commission?
No. Free accounts, previews, trials, and unpaid signups do not earn commission. Earnings begin with an eligible subscription payment.
How do I see my referrals and earnings?
Your Tolt affiliate dashboard provides your referral link, tracked activity, commissions, and payout status. Commission review and payment are separate steps.
What happens when a customer cancels or receives a refund?
Canceled future renewals earn no commission. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related commission. See the terms for partial refunds, recovered payments, plan changes, and reactivation.
Do I need to provide payout or tax information?
Yes. Complete the identity, tax, and payout information required in your affiliate portal before receiving payment. Available payment methods and any provider fees will be shown there.
Can I refer my own business?
No. Purchases by you or an entity you own or control do not qualify. We review referrals before approving commissions.
